I booked a room on twahotel.com it was simple?? The dates and price were easy to see, and the confirmation came through really fast. Everything with the reservation went smoothly, so no complaints from me??

Getting around was easy thanks to the ramps, which felt like a small miracle when you just want things to be simple. The elevator, though… that was the dramatic plot twist. It was painfully slow, so be ready to wait a bit.

The hotel itself was cool and the room was totally fine, but the extra charges really put me off. By the time the resort fee, taxes, and random add-ons showed up, the final price was way higher than what I thought I was booking. I felt kind of pressured to just go through with it at that point, which didn’t feel great. It came across a little sneaky, and I really wish they had shown everything upfront

I was really hoping for a fun retro hotel vibe, but it felt fake and kind of noisy, more like walking onto a movie set than staying somewhere comfortable. We had planned on relaxing and enjoying the place, but the whole atmosphere just threw off the mood and pretty much ruined the little getaway we had in mind

I only stayed for one night, but the room felt so cramped it got annoying fast. I could barely open my bags or move around without bumping into something. For what they’re charging, I really expected at least a little more space.

I mostly booked this place for the rooftop pool, it wasn’t worth it. It was way too crowded, there were barely any chairs available, and the water didn’t look all that clean. We mentioned it to the staff, but they didn’t seem very interested, and no one ever followed up with us after that. The view was nice, but that was pretty much the only good part

I really wanted to love the TWA Hotel because the old terminal and aviation history are cool. Walking around the displays and checking out the retro design was fun for a bit. But as an actual hotel stay? What a joke. It felt way overpriced for what it was, and the whole place seemed kind of tired. The staff weren’t very helpful, and my room definitely wasn’t as clean as I expected. It’s worth a quick stop if you’re into airline history, but I wouldn’t pay to stay there again

The place was clean for the most part, but I’d say a few of the bathroom corners looked a little dusty, like they hadn’t been wiped down in a bit.

The drinks were good and the staff was nice, but I left feeling a little misled. What I expected based on how it was presented didn’t quite match the actual experience.

I got there and the line was moving really slowly, and you could tell the front desk seemed understaffed with how many people were waiting. The staff weren’t rude or anything, just rushed and not super clear with the details. I had to ask twice about the room key and breakfast info, which got a little annoying. The bathroom was clean, and the towels were nice, which I appreciated. The shower pressure was actually better than I expected, too. The sink area did feel a little tight, and the lighting could have been better, but overall, it was comfortable, and I didn’t have any real issues.

I stayed at the TWA Hotel the restaurant was better than I thought it’d be. The food came out hot, tasted fresh, and the staff was really nice. Prices weren’t too crazy for an airport spot either. I’d definitely eat there again
